Other Products

Below are products I’ve developed and launched outside of my daily professional life using different AI tools. These are simple passion projects that allow me to explore new ideas, hone skills, and stay inspired by continuous learning.

ScreenTimeTracker
Rebuy Poker

ScreenTimeTracker (name TBD) is an iOS app that notifies your friends when you exceed your daily screen time limit. I developed this as an effort to reduce my own screen time after recognizing the power of accountability. Click here to view in GitHub or here to join the TestFlight.

Rebuy is an iOS app for home poker games. It tracks buy-ins, final chip counts, profit/loss, and Venmo payments while keeping track of long-term gains or losses. Click here to view in GitHub or here to join the TestFlight.

Montana Pickle Co.

Montana Pickle Co. is a brand I launched inspired by my love for pickleball. Its flagship product, The Open Play Chair, is a unique chair/backpack combo designed for players who spend hours on the courts. Sold primarily on Amazon, it's the Amazon's Choice product for "pickleball chair." Click on the image to learn more.

Exaggerate.ai

Exaggerate.ai is a super simple site that takes a short description (of a video, post, product, etc.) and automatically generates over-the-top, attention-grabbing headlines or taglines. It's a straightforward concept built with AI APIs, and genuinely useful for social media creators. Try it out yourself at Exaggerate.ai.

Sample Work

I enjoy breaking down ambiguous problems into quantifiable solutions. No challenge is too big for a well-designed model. Below are sample data models from my work experience and studies at the University of Virginia. Feel free to download, explore, and reach out with any questions.

Cannibalization-Aware Pricing Model

Product B is being introduced into the market however it risks cannibalizing the same customers from Product A since they target the same market. I built a pricing model for Product B using a linear regression and Solver that optimizes profit while accounting for both products' margins, cannibalization, and market perception. Data Model to Predict Better Loans

At the University of Virginia, I developed a boosted regression trees model using python and datasets from Fannie Mae to better predict default probabilities.

A/B Test Model for Adoption & Stickiness

A/B test model template I use for feature adoption and stickiness tests: I calculate statistical significance (p-value) using z-scores for proportional variables (e.g., adoption, retention) and t-statistics for continuous variables (e.g., usage frequency, session duration). SMB Acquisition Model

Ever catch yourself scrolling BizBuySell at 2 a.m., wondering what would happen if you went all-in on a laundromat? Me neither. If you did, though, you could use this model to plug in values like asking price and revenue, then see after-debt cash flow, loan payment schedule, and a five-year forecast.
